Are payments and orders included?
Yes, payments and orders are part of the platform. Your payment-provider account, transaction fees, delivery arrangements and any specific integrations are discussed separately during setup.
Can I create a marketplace with other sellers?
A multi-seller setup is an option. Talk to us about how you want it to work so we can confirm the scope and any additional cost before you order.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo, product photos and descriptions, prices, domain details and business policies. We will also guide you through any payment-provider requirements.
How long does it take to launch?
Usually 7–14 days after we receive your logo and content. The final timeline depends on your catalogue and agreed requirements.
Who owns the store’s customer data?
You do. Your customer data belongs to your business. The platform is set up under your identity.
What does my plan include?
