Is this a managed influencer campaign service?
This plan provides your branded influencer marketing platform, setup, hosting and support. Creator outreach services, campaign execution and creator fees are not included unless separately agreed.
What can I do on the platform?
Find relevant creators, organise influencer campaigns and track organic reach. We confirm discovery coverage, campaign workflows and reporting sources with you before setup.
Can an agency use its own brand?
Yes. Your platform runs on your domain with your logo and colours. Tell us about your client workflows so we can agree on the right setup.
Are creator fees included?
No. Creator fees and any paid media spend are separate from the platform subscription.
Will every social network and creator be available?
Available networks, data sources and discovery coverage depend on the agreed setup and third-party access. We confirm what is supported before you order.
Does the platform guarantee campaign results?
No. Reach and campaign results depend on creators, content, audience and execution. The platform helps organise your work and track available data.
How long does setup take?
Usually 7–14 days after we receive your logo and content. The timeline depends on the agreed workflows and integrations.
